What is Grown Up Spirit Week?Grown-Up Spirit Week is an annual campaign to create fun and boost morale at work, always taking place the last full week of March. Hosted and sponsored by Marketing Maven, this fun workplace tradition is designed to help your team create fun memories and bond over common interests. Plus, you can win prizes! Students get to have themed Spirit Weeks at school, so why can't grown ups have the same opportunity at work!?

When is Grown Up Spirit Week?Grown Up Spirit Week will take place April 22-26, 2024 at workplaces all over America! The plan is that the tradition will continue annually, always happening in the spring.

Why should my team participate?Research shows that having fun at work has a positive impact on employee engagement, creativity, and purpose - increasing employee retention and reducing turnover! We make it super easy to get involved and create fun memories among your teams, so why not!? AND, there are cool prizes to be won!

How much does it cost to participate?Grown Up Spirit Week is completely FREE to participate in! Simply get your team signed up, dress up for one or more of the themed days, and post pictures online with the hashtag #GrownUpSpiritWeek (and be sure to tag us). All the prizes are sponsored by Marketing Maven.

What are the themes for each day?The themes for each day of Grown Up Spirit Week are different, and will change from year to year! You can browse this year's daily themes on the homepage of our website.

What prizes can I win for participating?Every year, we offer daily prizes for the best photo submitted by any team or individual. See this year's list of prizes on the homepage of our website.

How do we submit our photos for judging?All registered teams will get email reminders with instructions for submitting photos each day. But we try to keep it easy! All you have to do to enter your photo(s) for any day of Grown Up Spirit Week is post it on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter) and be sure to tag Grown Up Spirit Week and use our hashtag #GrownUpSpiritWeek. That will help make sure our team can find your entries and review them in time! To be considered for official judging, photo must be in a standard file format (no GIFs). It also helps if you make sure the privacy settings for your photos are set to public when you post them.
